Busy year ahead.

Welcome 2014 and welcome to a new chapter of The Professor and Her Passport.
This should prove to be an exciting year of travel. Next month, a quick trip to Green Bay, Wisconsin, is booked (no passport needed). But in March, I travel to Valencia, Spain to present some of my research at the INTED 2014 conference. Very excited. Never been to Spain, but am very open to new adventures and making new friends.
In May I will be leading a group of college students on a study abroad trip to Tuscany where we will spend six days on bikes learning about cultural fluency and immersing ourselves in the sites and flavors of Italy.
Look for lots of photos!

Hola Anita! That’s great that you will be traveling to 2 of my favorite places in the world soon (Wisconsin and Spain). Both are near and dear to my heart, as I was born in WI and began my world travels in Spain (lived there for 3 years while in the military). Enjoy Green Bay (home of my beloved Packers). Here’s a blog I wrote about Spain, sort of an introduction to the country and what to expect. Great place. Enjoy! – Damian http://gringowithagreenbag.com/2012/11/28/full-circle/
